We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, standard shipping is $10.
Please note: We do not currently offer international shipping.
Once payment is received, most orders are received within 2 working days of being placed. We will advise you as soon as possible if there is a delay on an item you have ordered. Please allow an extra 2-3 working days for rural deliveries or can be delivered to the nearest post shop if more convenient.
You’ll receive an email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to accept and sign for the parcel. Wrights Jewellers is not responsible for items that are incorrectly signed for or for any loss or damage during transit.
